Immediate Permanent Position for a Registered Psychologist
Moroz Child Psychology Group is a thriving private child psychology practice established in Calgary in 2003. We provide clients with a range of services including psychoeducational assessments, diagnoses, counseling/intervention, and social skills training. We are a well-known high-level organization with an excellent reputation; we pride ourselves in offering thorough and empirically based assessment and treatment services for the children and families we serve. We are looking for a skilled psychologist with a longstanding background in cognitive-behavioral therapy with children and teens.
Our Ideal Candidate:
- Familiar with social skills stories and role plays for children with social-communication challenges including Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
- Parental behavioural management support for children with oppositional behaviours
- Has extensive experience with the Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) population, including the application of reward and positive reinforcement systems
- Understanding of Anxiety disorders and exposure based systems
- Confident, engaging, and dynamic personality and a love for children with challenges.
- Experience with Family Therapy would be an asset
