Christ The Redeemer (CTR) Catholic Schools is seeking applications for the Coordinator of Mental Health Services to provide guidance and supervision to our team of Family School Liaison Workers and Connections Workers.

The Coordinator will provide clinical supervision to School Family Liaison Workers and Connections Workers at individual schools. They will also organize professional development activities for staff, administrators, and schools. Additionally, the Coordinator will liaise with external partners and the CTR Student Services team to ensure seamless services for students and schools.

The successful candidate will hold a Master of Social Work, Master of Counselling, Master of Psychology, or equivalent, and have relevant training and experience in counseling children, youth, and families. Supervisory experience is considered an asset, as is experience in an educational setting. This full-time position is based out of the central office in Okotoks, is outside of any collective agreements, and, if filled by a certificated teacher or teacher leader, will require membership into the College of Alberta School Superintendents. Travel is required.

This is a full-time position, 37.5 hours per week on average and runs concurrent with the school calendar.
