-Fully furnished (furniture could be removed if necessary)

-Weekly group consultation   

-Waiting room with a beverage station  

-Parking stall (not included, $275+GST per month)

Cost: $1350 plus sundry expenses (approx. $50 per month)

Lease terms: 2 year term with the option to extend
