Role Description

We are hiring a full-time and part-time in-person or online Registered Psychologist/ Registered Provisional Psychologist/ Registered Social Worker. The role is primarily located in Sherwood Park but offers flexibility for remote work if desired. As a successful candidate, you will be responsible for conducting therapy sessions with clients, developing treatment plans, and keeping up to date with current trainings and ethical regulations. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate records on treatment progress and actively participating in team meetings and training sessions.

  • Registered Psychologist/ Registered Provisional Psychologist/ Registered Social Worker in good standing with the appropriate governing body in Alberta
  • Minimum of a Master’s degree in psychology, social work, or related field
  • Demonstrated ability to develop treatment plans and conduct therapy sessions
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Experience working with diverse populations and a commitment to cultural competence in practice
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
  • Experience with electronic record keeping and proficiency with relevant software programs
  • Capacity for self-reflection and an ongoing commitment to professional development
