Our space is comprised of three offices and offers a private washroom, limited storage area, secure internet (1G), fridge & microwave, and our own waiting area.
Offices have windows that open and HEPA filters in each office. Building is secure after hours and on weekend. Great location – central, close to CTrain and downtown with easy street parking.
Rental Availability is as follows:
- Saturday/Sunday – 1 office is available immediately.
- Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday – 1 office available starting in November.
- Alternating Fridays – 1 office is available immediately.
- Tuesday evening after 4:30 pm is available immediately.
- A full time office is a possibility that could be negotiated.
Rental fee is as follows:
- Rent is $275-$325/month for each full day – for example use office every Monday of the month = $275. Full day includes ability to book early morning and late night appointments.
- Renting the office on Saturday includes access to office on Sunday.
- $400/month for one full day AND one evening on a different day. Tuesday evening is only available to people who have rented another full day.
- $700 for three full days.
- $950 for four full days.
- Rental agreement is a month to month with two months notice.

- The space is best suited for individual, couple, or parent-child dyad work.

- This space includes cross referrals from the other psychologists using the office as well as mentorship on how to promote your services to build your caseload.
