OCD and Anxiety Psychological Services Inc. (OAPS) is looking for a motivated, enthusiastic, contract Registered (or Provisional) Psychologist to join our clinical team as an Associate. We are a busy, thriving practice and need you to help shorten the time clients wait for psychological services. We are particularly in need of a psychologist to work with our youth population but are also interested in psychologists to work with adults. We are in the west side of Calgary close to bus routes and public transportation and provide both virtual and in person services using a shared office space.
Serving this community for over 15 years, we have a wonderful reputation for high quality care and have a strong referral base in Calgary and beyond. At OAPS, we pride ourselves in delivering specialized evidence-based CBT treatment to clients of all ages with OCD and anxiety disorders. Dr. Sapp (and OAPS) is recognized as a leader in OCD treatment across Canada and the USA.

You will receive:

Qualifications:
- Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology from a recognized university or Masters degree in Clinical Psychology with a minimum of 3-5 years related experience
- Registered as a Psychologist (preferred) or Provisionally Registered Psychologist in good standing with the College of Alberta Psychologists
- Professional liability insurance
- Experience and proficiency in CBT theory and application and confident in your abilities as a psychologist
- Willing to accept 10 hours/week contract work with potential of growth; will consider applicants who can accept up to 5 hours/week
- For in office work – available to work Fridays; weekend/evening availability an asset
- Be adept in the use of and willing to provide teletherapy services
- Be teachable, and demonstrate an openness to lifelong learning
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively
- Ability to work with children and/or teens a strong asset
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
