About You:
We are looking for a confident, engaging Registered Psychologist with experience in cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) for children and teens. Ideal candidates will have:
- Expertise in social skills training, including stories and role-playing for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other social-communication challenges.
- Experience providing parental support for children with oppositional behaviors and ADHD, utilizing reward and reinforcement systems.
- Familiarity with anxiety disorders and exposure-based systems to treat anxiety effectively.
- Favour expertise in conducting Psychoeducational Assessments with a focus on identifying learning and developmental challenges.
- Family therapy training is a bonus.
- Ability to work some evenings and Saturdays is an asset.
