1) Seeking a contract psychologist whose primary duties will involve psychoeducational assessment. The position will involve regular, direct contact with families, school-age children and teens as well as some involvement with school staff. Additional experience in performing assessments with adults would be an asset.
The successful applicant must have specific education, formal training, and considerable experience in performing psychoeducational assessments and writing reports.
2) Seeking a contract psychologist whose primary duties will involve providing psychotherapy services to children and teens, as well as parents and families. Must have training and supervision in providing cognitive and behavioural approaches to therapy. Knowledge and experience in ACT would be a significant asset.
Contractors for both positions must be fully registered psychologists (provisional psychologists and students are not eligible for these positions). The ideal candidates for these positions are individuals with warm and dynamic personalities who demonstrate enthusiasm and conscientious work habits.
