Pachet Assessment & Rehabilitation Services – Master’s Level Psychologist

Pachet Assessment & Rehabilitation Services (PARS) is seeking a full-time Psychologist. PARS is a busy, fast-paced clinical neuropsychology clinic that provides comprehensive evaluations for clients with various neurocognitive and psychiatric disorders. Under the direction of a Board Certified Neuropsychologist, you will conduct psychological assessments on a broad population of adults, often for third party referrals (e.g., insurance companies, employers, lawyers, and etc.).

Job Functions

As a registered psychologist, you will provide advanced clinical services, including interviewing, report writing, supervision of psychological assistants, and occasionally providing feedback and consultation sessions. You will be expected to participate in ongoing professional development, such as through team meetings, in-house journal clubs, and conferences. This position includes opportunities for research involvement and may involve occasional travel for out of town assessments.  Travel time and travel expenses incurred are reimbursed by PARS. 

Minimal Qualifications

Education: Master’s degree in Psychology.

Registration: Registered, provisionally registered, or eligible to register with the College of Alberta Psychologists at the time of application. Applicants must be finished all formal academic requirements for graduation at the time of application.

Candidates must possess excellent oral and written communication skills, good interpersonal skills, and be able to work independently. Experience working with a variety of clients with complex psychological needs is an asset.

Hourly salary negotiable depending on experience and contingent upon clinical background. Compensation is based on hours worked per month.
