Full-Time Psychologist - Youth Forensic Services
Responsibilities: conduct court-ordered assessment related to psycho-diagnostic issues, bail, probation and sentencing decisions, and treatment; psychological assessment and treatment to children/youth regarding a range of mental health/emotional/behavioral issues; consultation with internal and external systems; working within multi-disciplinary teams; consultation/supervision to students/staff. Clients are in a custodial setting as well as in the community.
MATC Psychologists receive Medical Staff Privileges through the WRHA’s Clinical Health Psychology Program. Salary and Benefits are consistent with the WRHA Clinical Health Psychology Scale.
· Doctoral Degree (Ph D or PsyD) in Clinical Psychology from a CPA or APA-accredited doctoral program
· Position is subject to security clearance requirements for Manitoba Justice.
