This workshop will be an interactive, experiential learning experience designed to introduce participants to the principles and practice of Internal Family Systems (IFS). The session will include a blend of lectures, discussions, experiential exercises, case applications, and Q&A to ensure engagement and practical application.

*This training allows participants to call themselves “IFS informed.” This training does not count towards certification with the IFS Institute.

This workshop draws on community-based Indigenous research and national reports, engaging attendees in understanding how they may better serve Indigenous people, from Indigenous perspectives.

Due to popular demand, this workshop expands on the original Indigenous Wisdoms in Practice: Land-Based Tools for Wellness workshop, going deeper into the technical aspects of integrating iyiniwak (Indigenous) wisdoms into therapeutic practice.
