Abstract

Ethical decision-making processes can be complex at times.  The interactive workshop focuses on 3 strategies  when making decisions about the course of action when one faces dilemmas- Principle Based Ethics, Incorporating of Personal Ethics into Professional roles, and Categorizing the Issues.  The workshop also will educate the participants about different  type of cognitive biases  and how they affect the Ethical Decision-making process. Participants will learn why psychologists violate ethical boundaries.
