Contract Part-Time and Full Time Registered PSYCHOLOGISTS or Provisionals
Do you enjoy working with couples or are willing to learn? Journey Counselling Inc is seeking a part-time and full-time Registered Psychologist with strengths in working with couples to join their growing team.
As a trend setter in working with Stepfamilies, we are committed to excellence in service, a fun and collaborative work environment and a professional yet homey clinic located in Douglasdale, SE Calgary. There are two positions available.
The successful candidate will have:
- Registration as a Provisional or a Registered Psychologist in good standing with the College of Alberta Psychologists.
- Post-registration experience providing therapy with couples, individuals, families, and children.
- Possess strong diagnostic and general assessment skills and a warm professional manner with clients.
- Demonstrate ease with online scheduling, session notes and file management.
- Demonstrate competence in providing a superior level of service to clients struggling against a wide variety of emotional and relational distress
- Be able to work independently in a multi-disciplinary and collaborative team
- Professional training in Couples Counselling i.e. Gottman or EFT are assets
