Work Cost Share

We are seeking independent contractors interested in joining a group practice. You will have the benefit of collaborative practice, including cost share while, at the same time, having flexibility and independence in your own practice. Information regarding the office: Located in a high traffic area of downtown, blocks away from high rises, condos, several universities/colleges as well as the Ice District.  All amenities in the area, parking available and close to public transit.

Ideal for parahealth or other professional services with internet, utilities, furniture, included in a secure building with an alarm system.

Office is approximately 140 sq ft, fully soundproof, air conditioned and has access to shared kitchen, bathroom, and a small, shared waiting area for clients/customers. Secured outdoor area for building residence for lunch or breaks. Commercial liability insurance required.
