Hiring: Psychometrician, Family Counsellor, and Assessment Psychologist at McAtee Psychology

We’re Hiring for 3 Positions at McAtee Psychology!

At McAtee Psychology, we provide high-quality counseling and assessment services to individuals and families. We’re currently hiring for three key positions:

1. Psychometrician

Responsibilities:

• Support the director with mental health, autism and psycho educational assessments.
• Administer assessments in-person and remotely.
• Write detailed reports.

Qualifications:

• Degree  in Psychology or related field.
• Experience with Assessment tools such as: ADOS, ADI-R, WISC,WAIS, BASC, WIAT, WPPSI.
• Familiarity with assessment platforms like Q-Interactive, Q-Global and MHS, PAR Inc   is an asset.

2. Family Counsellor

Responsibilities:

• Provide family counselling.
• Hybrid role with in-person and virtual sessions.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree or higher in Psychology, Social Work, or related field.
• Experience in family counseling techniques (ABFT, SFT, FFT, CFT).
• 3+ years of experience working with families.

3. Assessment Psychologist

Responsibilities:

• Perform mental health and/or  autism assessments for children, teens, and adults.
• Administer and interpret tools like PAI, SPECTRA, ADOS, ADI-R.
• Provide comprehensive reports.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree or higher in Psychology or related field.
• Full or provisional registration with CAP.
• Experience with assessment tools like PAI, SPECTRA, ADOS.
