Mental Health Therapist

Your Opportunity:

We are looking for an experienced and skilled Mental Health Therapist (MHT) with a strong foundation of knowledge and experience in addictions to join our team. Lander Treatment Centre is a short-term intensive, residential addiction treatment facility supporting adults experiencing problems as a result of their alcohol use, other drug use, or gambling. The MHT works in a structured clinical setting to improve addiction recovery outcomes by ensuring that clients with concurrent mental health issues have a treatment plan and interventions that includes attention to mental health recovery.

Working under an integrated, recovery oriented and client focused care model, you will provide evidence informed assessment, collaborative care planning, crisis intervention, therapeutic interventions in individual and group settings, case consultation, trauma based therapeutic modalities and referrals for clients with a range of mental health issues.
