Psychometrist – Contract

We are seeking a detail oriented, compassionate and highly organized Psychometrist to join our busy psychological assessment practice.  The psychometrist will be responsible for administering and scoring of standardized psychological assessmens with children and adolescents. All testing will be conducted under the supervision of a registered psychologist in a structured and supportive clinical environment.

Responsiblities 

• Administer a variety of psychological, neuropsychological, educational and developmental tests
• Score assessments accoring to standardized procedures and guidelines
• Accurately record behavioral observations during testing sessions
• Prepare comprehensive test score reports and data summaries for the psychologist to review
• Maintain testing materials, ensure protocols are complete and manage data storage.
• Uphold confidentiality and ethical standards accoring to the professional regulations
• Collaborate effectively with supervising psychologist and staff

Qualifications 

• Education and testing administration experience – experience working with individuals with different needs
• Knowledge of standardized testing procedures and various psychological assessments
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, particularly with children and families
• Ability to follow standardized protocols with precision and consistency
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
