The Opportunity

We are seeking two part-time Registered Psychologists to join our practice, with the opportunity to grow into a full-time role as your caseload develops. This is an excellent opportunity for a clinician who values autonomy while also benefiting from strong organizational support.

• Start with flexible part-time hours.
• Flexible scheduling, Monday through Saturday, with designated office space and evenings available as needed by clients.
• A mix of in-person and online sessions, with recommended one day per week in the office.
• Potential to grow into a full-time position over time.

What We’re Looking For

We are seeking two registered psychologists with unique expertise to contribute to our clients and who are comfortable working in private practice settings.

Professional Qualifications:

• Clinical expertise in using evidence-based therapeutic modalities (such as CBT, DBT, SFT, Attachment, EMDR, IFS, Family Systems…)
• Proactive in communicating and scheduling with clients.
• Organized and reliable with session documentations and relevant reporting.
• Acquired experience and skills in safety planning and crisis intervention.
• Experience working with trauma, with training in EMDR highly valued.
• Experience and expertise working with children, couples and families are highly valued (a designated playroom is available for use)
• Cultural sensitivity and competence working with diverse cultural populations are highly valued.
• Unique expertise in therapeutic modalities or issues supported by advanced training are a strong asset.
• Familiarity with JANE software is a bonus.
• Individual insurance required.
• Strong work ethic and professional integrity.
• Registered Psychologist in Alberta, in good standing with the College of Alberta Psychologists.
