Our new membership platform and website will be launching soon!
Dear PAA Members,
Our new website and membership platform will be going live within the next week. As the PAA team puts the final touches on your new experience, we wanted to walk you through the upcoming features, changes, and potential disruptions.
PAA’s Website
When we start migration this week, there will be a temporary disruption on our current site and it will prevent purchases. Once we’re live on the new platform, renewals, applications, course purchases, and event registrations will be available again.
PAA’s Course Portal
As we migrate, you will continue to have access to our Course Portal. However, the main website will no longer link directly to course purchases.
- How to Register: Moving forward, please purchase courses directly through the Course Portal.
- Members will no longer receive an automatic discount without using a code. You will receive access to PAA Member Discount Codes once the new site launches to ensure you receive your member pricing.
CE Certificates
Any earned CE certificates from our existing platform won’t be automatically brought onto the new platform, unfortunately. If you’re looking for a certificate from an event you attended, please check your emails for when they were originally sent out or contact our team and we can provide an email copy to you. Any events you attend from our new platform will provide CE certificates automatically in the future.
- Note: 2026–2027 Member Certificates will be emailed after the membership year starts (April 2026).
PAA’s New “Collaborate Communities”
Our new Communities will be live as soon as your account is activated.
- The Transition: Our current Collaborate space will remain active until Summer 2026, giving you plenty of time to save any materials or posts for your records.
- Moving Forward: The old platform will not be updated after February, and new members will only be added to the new space. We encourage you to move conversations to the new “Communities” for the best experience.
Upcoming Events
If you have already purchased a ticket for an upcoming event, we will manually assign those tickets to your new profile.
- Note: You may not see your ticket immediately, as we must activate all member accounts first. Thank you for your patience while we transfer this data.
New Features & Options
- Customized Subscriptions: Tailor your PAA member experience by selecting exactly which update emails you’d like to receive.
- Mobile App: Manage your account, register for events, and contribute to “Communities” on the go. Don’t worry—you can also access everything from your computer if you prefer.
- More to come in 2026.
