The practice:  Professional, modern and approachable, we offer assessments and therapy to individuals who seek support with anxiety, trauma, depression, pain, adjustment and other mental health challenges.  We utilize EMDR, DBT, CBT, Somatic Therapy, Mindfulness, IFS and other approaches to helping clients reconnect with their strengths and move towards achieving their goals.

The space:  New paint, new carpet, high ceilings with sound reduction materials added, furnished, wheelchair accessible, 2 private offices – 10′ x 10′ x 10′, waiting room, kitchenette, large free parking lot and street parking, business centre (scanner, printer, shredder, desk), private washroom, storage, ground level, beside shops and health clinics, in a modern neighbourhood.

Suitable for:  provisional/registered psychologists, social workers or counsellors working with individuals, couples, or children with assessments and/or therapy.  Cross referrals, supervision or business mentorship possible.
