Internal Provisional Supervisor Contract Position

We are dedicated to fostering exceptional care and strong ethical practices among provisional psychologists by providing on-site supervision. Our goal is to make the transition smooth for you and your provisionals by handling all backend tasks, such as onboarding, billing, and booking, so you can focus on what matters most: helping clients grow and supporting the development of your supervisees.
As a part of our team, you will have access to fully equipped offices, a dedicated marketing team, and reliable administrative staff to manage billing and booking. Our St. Albert location features an on-site gym, daycare facilities, ample parking, and newly renovated offices. Our downtown Edmonton location, in the Brewery District, offers a collaborative team environment and a comfortable workspace.

Requirements and Qualifications
We are seeking to hire a fully registered psychologist with a minimum of five years since their licensing date, who is capable of providing high-quality supervision. The ideal candidate will have expertise across a broad range of modalities and specialties, with experience working with diverse populations.
Applicants must maintain a high standard of practice and ethics, in alignment with the guidelines set forth by their governing college or association, and possess an in-depth knowledge of ethical practices to effectively offer supervision.
The ideal supervisor will have a passion for their area of expertise and a desire to positively influence and shape the growth of other psychologists through a supportive, growth-minded approach. Experience in leadership or team management is considered an asset.
Applicants should be willing to offer on-site supervision and maintain office hours at both of our locations in St. Albert and the Brewery District.
Preference will be given to candidates with expertise in the following areas:
