Inexpensive parking for clients. 1 monthly parking pass available for you at $100/month.

Otherwise, multiple tenant parking options are available.

Full time – $1000/month (plus GST). (Feel free to bring your own partner to share this space with you)
Part time – $250/month (plus GST) for 1 day/week – Limited availability.

1 year rental contract is preferred for full time. Part time is month to month.

Secure building, updated washrooms and lobby area.

Free high speed internet, client tea/ coffee, and use of printer for full time tenants.
