Rebecca Teebay-Webb & Associates is a thriving counselling practice located in the heart of Midnapore, South Calgary. We’re a team that deeply values the well-being of our clients—and of each other. We’re currently looking for a warm, skilled, and motivated Registered Psychologist or MSW to join us as a contractor. If you’re someone who is passionate about trauma-informed care, collaborative team connection, and ongoing professional growth, we’d love to hear from you.

About Us:
We specialize in trauma treatment for individuals and couples and also offer group work. Our newly renovated offices provide a beautiful, calming, and professional space to support both clients and clinicians. Services are offered in-person, by video, or by phone, with in-person services located at our Midnapore office.

We’re Looking For Someone Who Is:

• A Registered Psychologist or MSW who works with individuals and/or couples, and/ groups, and/or offers formal assessments

• An asset if you’re trained in EMDR, ART, somatic therapy, or other trauma-processing modalities

• An asset if you have experience working with First Responders, especially police officers

• An asset if you have interest or training in Psychedelic-Assisted Therapy (Registered Psychologists must have 5+ years on the general register to qualify)

• Grounded in a trauma-informed approach to therapy

• Registered in good standing with your professional college

• Covered by professional liability insurance

• Experienced—ideally with a minimum of 5 years working with a range of client concerns (more experience is warmly welcomed)

• A lifelong learner who values continuing education and growth

• Able to work independently but also values connection and team collaboration

• Client-centered, skilled, and thoughtful in their approach

• Organized and detail-oriented

• Able to provide in-person services at our Midnapore office, or already have access to an office space for virtual appointments
