Join Our Multidisciplinary Team in West Edmonton!
Our West Edmonton physiotherapy clinic is expanding to offer a more comprehensive, multidisciplinary approach to care. We are seeking 1-2 contract mental health professionals, including registered psychologists, provisional psychologists, registered social workers, or certified counsellors, to join our team and provide essential mental health services alongside our physiotherapists and other healthcare professionals.
At our clinic, we recognize that physical and mental health are deeply interconnected. We are passionate about helping our clients achieve overall well-being, and we believe that integrating mental health services with physiotherapy will allow us to better serve our diverse patient population. In addition to this collaborative setting there is the room and freedom for a practitioner to build an independent caseload in whatever specialties they have interest.
What We Are Looking For:
- Registered or provisional psychologists, registered social workers, or certified counsellors in good standing.
- Experience in private practice is an asset but not required.
- A collaborative mindset and interest in working within a multidisciplinary team.
- Clinicians who prioritize a client-centered approach to care.
- Interest or experience in pain management, rehabilitation psychology, sports/performance psychology, or stress-related conditions is highly desirable.
- Strong ethical standards, professionalism, and alignment with our clinic’s values.
- Ability to work independently while also contributing to a supportive team environment.
- Having at least two years of experience as a practicing therapist with a proven ability to retain clients is an asset.
