Join Our Team! Seeking Provisional or Registered Psychologist

Contract is with Jennifer Rioux Psychology Services (founder of Big Rock Psychology)

As a contract provider, depending on your scope and preferences, you will work with a caseload that reflects your expertise and clinical interests, while benefiting from team support.

Will also consider Registered Psychologist seeking to sublease furnished office ($500 p/t/ $900 f/t)

Key Responsibilities

– Conduct intake assessments, first appointment bookings and ongoing psychotherapy with clients.
– Maintain accurate, ethical, and timely clinical documentation.
– Participate in occasional team case consults and team meetings.
– Maintain professional registration and liability insurance.
– Collaborate with our admin team to ensure smooth scheduling, pay, and billing.

Qualifications

– Registered as a Psychologist in Alberta
– Master’s degree in Psychology, Counselling, or a related field, RMFT considered an asset.
– Minimum 2 -3 years of clinical experience (more preferred).
– Comfortable working independently and collaboratively.
– an Interest or have extra training in trauma, Gottman couples therapy level 1 and 2, ART or EMDR is considered an asset.
– Must carry professional liability insurance
