Your Opportunity:
Reporting to the Clinical Supervisor, and under the direction of the Manager, this position works independently and collaboratively as a Mental Health Therapist providing services to children, youth, and families. The position is responsible for providing evidence informed and best practices in assessment, treatment, addiction and mental health interventions, support and follow-up to clients. This is an advanced mental health role required to perform the restricted activity of Psychosocial Interventions to address the full range of addiction and mental health issues.
The Mental Health Therapist works in an integrated and collaborative way with our multi-disciplinary team to improve treatment and support access for addiction and mental health for children, youth, and families in the community. This position has transitioned to Recovery Alberta effective September 1, 2024.
