Part-time Prov / R Psych
The Alberta Wellness Center for Eating Disorders is a multidisciplinary practice with offices in Edmonton and Lethbridge. Our practice specializes in the treatment of eating related issues and is a family-oriented center. The ideal candidates will have experience working with individuals with eating related issues. They will either have knowledge and experience of Emotion-Focused Family Therapy (EFFT) or a willingness to be trained in EFFT and work with supporting parents.
We are currently looking for a Provisional and a Registered Psychologist to join our Edmonton practice in either our South or West locations. We offer flexible schedules, competitive compensation rates, and a collaborative and supportive environment. We are looking for qualified applications to fill part-time openings. Qualifications and Requirements:
- Registered or provisionally registered psychologist
- Experience working with eating related issues
- Specialized training/experience in eating disorders OR willingness to complete within first 6 months of hire.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
- Self-motivated
- Organized
- Liability/malpractice insurance
- In good standing with the College of Alberta Psychologists
