One-Year Maternity Leave Coverage (Potential for Permanent Position)
Join Moroz Child Psychology Group – Empowering Children, Teens, and Families for Over 20 Years

Founded in 2003 by Kelly Scott Moroz, the Moroz Child Psychology Group is a leading practice in Calgary, known for our comprehensive psychoeducational assessments, treatment plans, and social skills groups. Located in the beautiful community of Discovery Ridge, our clinic is highly regarded for supporting children, teens, and families through tailored interventions based on detailed assessments and evidence-based approaches.

We have bittersweet news — two of our valued psychologists will be taking a one-year maternity leave beginning this fall. We are seeking a warm, skilled Registered Psychologist to join our team in covering this caseload. This position offers the possibility of becoming a permanent full-time role after the maternity leave ends.

What We Offer:

  • A dynamic, supportive work environment in a well-established practice.

  • An immediate client load with flexibility to design your own schedule.

  • A furnished office and fully supported administrative staff.

  • Comprehensive training and access to advanced testing and therapy materials.

  • The potential to earn $10,000 – $18,000 per month (commission-based) based on a full-time schedule.

  • Opportunities for professional growth, including training in diverse therapeutic and assessment approaches.

About You:
We are looking for a confident, engaging Registered Psychologist with experience in cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) for children and teens. Ideal candidates will have:

  • Expertise in social skills training, including stories and role-playing for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other social-communication challenges.

  • Experience providing parental support for children with oppositional behaviors and ADHD, utilizing reward and reinforcement systems.

  • Familiarity with anxiety disorders and exposure-based systems to treat anxiety effectively.

  • Experience working with high conflict families is an asset.

  • Family therapy training is a bonus.

  • Past experience with Psychoeducational testing is an advantage.
  • Availability for some evenings and/or Saturdays is valued.

Join a growing practice that has been a trusted name in the Calgary community for well over two decades — and help us support our clients during an exciting year for our team.
