We are looking for a seasoned Registered Psychologist who is deeply committed to client care, ongoing professional growth, and contributing to a collaborative practice. Our ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a structured yet flexible setting, values stability over

🚨 Please note: This role is for fully registered psychologists with at least 3-5 years of independent clinical experience. If you are still gaining hours toward registration, we encourage you to explore future opportunities with us once you meet this requirement.

What You’ll Do
🔹 Provide individual and/or couples therapy (in-office and online).
🔹 Build and maintain long-term therapeutic relationships with clients.
🔹 See 15 clients per week over the course of 3 5-hr shifts with the option to increase if desired.
🔹 Conduct intake assessments and consultation calls.
🔹 Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation.
🔹 Contribute to a positive, engaged team culture and participate in case consultation.
What We’re Looking For
✔ Registered Psychologist in good standing with the College of Alberta Psychologists.
✔ Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a fully licensed, independent practitioner.
✔ Proven ability to retain clients and maintain a full caseload.
✔ Strong professional standards, intrinsic motivation, and a commitment to long-term team collaboration.
✔ Expertise in both individual and couples therapy is ideal.
Additional assets:
➕ Specialized training in EMDR, sex therapy, burnout, or IFS, Marriage and Family Therapy, Performance Psychology/Working with High Performers and Professionals.
➕ Interest in mentoring or supervising early-career clinicians.
