Our boutique clinic in Calgary offers a warm and welcoming space where clients can, with the support of a compassionate and experienced team, work through challenges related to relationships, trauma, anxiety, and more—

We are currently seeking a Registered Psychologist to join our growing practice on a contract basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a clinician who values autonomy, flexibility, and the support of a collegial team environment.

Role Overview

As a contract provider, depending on your scope and preferences, you will work with a caseload that reflects your expertise and clinical interests, while benefiting from team support. Our work includes individual, couples, family, teen and/or child EMDR therapy.

Key Responsibilities

– Conduct intake assessments, first appointment bookings and ongoing psychotherapy with clients.
– Maintain accurate, ethical, and timely clinical documentation.
– Participate in occasional team case consults and peer support meetings.
– Maintain professional registration and liability insurance.
– Collaborate with our admin team to ensure smooth scheduling, pay, and billing.
– Provide culturally responsive and trauma-informed care and Gottman Couples therapy.

Qualifications

– Registered as a Psychologist in Alberta
– Master’s degree in Psychology, Counselling, or a related field, RMFT considered an asset.
– Minimum 2 -3 years of clinical experience (more preferred).
– Comfortable working independently and collaboratively.
– Training in trauma, Gottman couples therapy level 1 and 2, or EMDR is considered an asset.
– Must carry professional liability insurance
