We would love to have you or one of your clients join us for a weekend retreat from May 2nd to 4th, 2025 in Golden, BC. Retreat will be led by a Registered Psychologist and a Certified Meditation Teacher and Sound Healing Practitioner, with special guest yoga instructor.
We offer an exclusive, boutique style, small group experience that will plant seeds of growth for you in your life.

This carefully designed retreat offers you the space to replenish your energy, expand your spiritual practice, and avoid burnout. Research shows that helping professionals who engage in self-care and wellness practices experience greater fulfillment, lower levels of stress, and a reduced risk of burnout and vicarious trauma (see Poslun, 2020). Registration includes the following:

Luxury lodge accommodation for 2 nights (two people per spacious room, each with ensuite bathroom). Lodge is exclusive to the retreat group. King bed or 2x single bed options.

Gourmet meals, provided by a private chef (snacks on Friday evening, all meals on Saturday and breakfast on Sunday)

Transportation to and from Golden, BC (approximately 3 hours from Calgary, 2.5 hours from Cranbrook, 4 hours from Kamloops or Kelowna)
