Seeking Contract Provisional and/or fully Registered Psychologists

WE ARE CURRENTLY SEEKING PSYCHOLOGISTS FOR CONTRACT POSITIONS WHO ARE:

• Registered in the province of Alberta.
• Able to provide online therapy and in-office therapy
• Comfortable working in a private practice setting
• Able to maintain professional liability insurance
• Experienced working with some or all of the following: individuals, couples, families, adults, youth, and children (EMDR and knowledge of Jane Software is an asset)

Job Type: Part-time, contract, 2 to 3 days a week.

Expected hours: 12 – 20 per week.

Schedule: We have daytime and evening shifts available, 7 days a week.

Parking: Plenty of free parking on site for staff.

Compensation: We offer competitive compensation, commensurate with training and experience ($110.00 to $121. 00 per hour). If you’re seeking an internal supervisor, the compensation is different than stated above; compensation and supervision arrangement will be discussed in the interview.

Subsidy for Training: If you are not trained in EMDR, we offer a $1000 subsidy for EMDR training.

Monthly Consultation Meetings: ACC hosts optional monthly staff consultation/learning meetings, pizza and refreshments provided! The group meetings cover case consultations, review of current developments in the field of psychology, and guest presentations from other related health professionals. These monthly meetings can be used to satisfy your CCP professional engagement hours or the 25% group supervision hours for provisional psychologists who have an internal supervisor at ACC.

Onsite receptionist/office manager to facilitate bookings and assist clients. Psychologists are not expected to generate their own clients, contact clients to book them, or provide free consultations.
