Two private offices are available for sublease within an established psychology practice at Suite 200, 1209 59 Avenue SE, Calgary (the Calgary Couples Counselling Centre).

Each office is 10' × 15', unfurnished, and located in the interior of the suite (no exterior windows). The offices are well suited to psychologists, counsellors, or other mental health professionals looking for a professional setting in which to operate their own independent practice.

Rent: $1,000/month + GST per office

Rent includes:

-High-speed internet
-Reasonable use of printer/copier facilitites
-Use of shared waiting area and other common areas
-Use of kitchen
-Utilities (heat, electricity, water)
-Routine cleaning services

The building is a two-story professional building, with elevator, and a bright, welcoming atrium. The suite is on the second floor.

Tenants would operate independently from our clinic and would not have access to our reception/front-desk services or clinic telephone lines.

We are particularly interested in sharing the space with psychologists or other established mental health professionals whose practices would be compatible with a professional counselling environment.
