Focused Solutions Counselling & Coaching is seeking a Registered Psychologist or Registered Provisional Psychologist to join our growing private practice in beautiful downtown Canmore.
We are looking for a thoughtful, skilled clinician who values autonomy, professionalism, collaboration, and high-quality client care. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who would like to build or expand a private-practice caseload without having to manage all of the administrative and business demands of working independently.
Our practice works with adults, couples, families, children, and adolescents presenting with a broad range of concerns. We welcome applicants with established areas of interest or specialization, as well as clinicians who are continuing to develop their niche.

We Are Looking For Someone Who:
* Is registered, or eligible for registration, with the College of Alberta Psychologists
* Demonstrates strong clinical judgment, professionalism, and ethical practice
* Is warm, personable, and able to develop strong therapeutic relationships
* Works independently while valuing consultation and collaboration
* Is interested in developing a sustainable private-practice caseload
* Brings additional training, experience, cultural perspectives, languages, or specialty areas that complement our existing services
Experienced clinicians and those bringing substantial professional or life experience are especially encouraged to apply.
This is a contractor position, with compensation based on a percentage split and the level of support and supervision required.
