As our practice continues to grow, we are looking to welcome a Registered Psychologist whose primary passion is child and adolescent counselling/intervention. This role is best suited for someone who loves working therapeutically with children, enjoys supporting parents, and is looking for more than just a contract position — someone seeking a professional home where they can build a meaningful, sustainable, and rewarding career alongside like-minded clinicians.

About the Role

This position is focused on counselling and intervention.

You are a psychologist who:

• a Registered Psychologist with the College of Alberta Psychologists. This is not a provisional role.
• Has a warm and authentic approach in their evidence-based work with children, adolescents, and families.
• has previous counselling/intervention experience with children
• feels confident working with children and their families aged 4 years and up
• values collaboration, consultation, and being part of a supportive team
• understands the importance of involving parents meaningfully in the therapeutic process
• is looking for a practice environment where you can grow long-term
• Is able to provide at least 2 in office clinic days per week; maintaining 12-20 direct client hours per week.
• Is hoping to start anytime on or after October 13th, 2026

You may have training in approaches such as CBT, ERP, play-based intervention, ACT, DBT-informed skills, family systems work, or other evidence-informed child and adolescent intervention models.

We are not looking for one specific therapy style. We are looking for a clinician with strong judgment, warmth, integrity, and a genuine love for working with kids.
