Introduction to Internal Family Systems: A Path to Self-Led Healing- 6 CE

June 16 @ 9:00 am - 4:00 pm MDT
Abstract

Internal Family Systems (IFS) is a transformative, evidence-based therapeutic model that helps individuals develop self-awareness, self-leadership, and internal harmony. This workshop will provide an overview of IFS theory, explore its application in clinical practice, and offer experiential exercises to deepen participants’ understanding. Attendees will learn how to identify and work with different parts of the internal system, facilitate self-led healing, and integrate IFS techniques into their professional work. Through guided practice, case discussions, and interactive engagement, participants will gain practical tools to enhance their therapeutic effectiveness.

This workshop will be an interactive, experiential learning experience designed to introduce participants to the principles and practice of Internal Family Systems (IFS). The session will include a blend of lectures, discussions, experiential exercises, case applications, and Q&A to ensure engagement and practical application.
