Annika Rorem works full-time with the Psychologists’ Association of Alberta (PAA) as the Professional Guidance Officer while attending the Master of Counselling program through the University of Lethbridge. While working with the Director of Professional Affairs at PAA, she has supported the development of courses, workshops, podcast episodes, and resources surrounding ethical decision-making in different areas of psychological practice. 

She is passionate about mental health advocacy and working directly with people to support their well-being. In previous roles, she has had the opportunity to work with diverse populations, including children struggling with behavioural challenges, adults with criminogenic histories completing community supervision, and families with complex trauma backgrounds. She is committed to continue growing as a professional who bridges research, education, and client care to promote meaningful change in individuals and communities.
