Levant Psychology Group has office space available for rent as soon as July 1st.

Need a later date? Let me know and we can discuss options.

Preference for full-time occupant, but part-time is available as an option, as well.

The building:
-we are on the third floor of a very well maintained, professional office building
-location: one block North of the Alberta Legislature
-accessibility: building has a ramp, spacious elevators, and a huge accessible washroom
-full access to building's boardroom for group meetings
-all housekeeping services provided by building services (vacuum, dust, waste removal, etc)
-convenient central location of building makes us easily accessible by personal vehicle, bicycle, ETS, and LRT. We are one block North of Government Centre Transit Station and one block South of Corona Station (LRT)

Our suite:
-shared waiting room with refreshments and a locked door separating it from the offices
-separate entrance and exit to increase client confidentiality
-security cameras in waiting room and hallway
-shared kitchenette for clinicians exclusive use
-new HVAC system for comfortable heating and cooling
-supply room: fully stocked with any office supplies you may need, as well as access to Wi-Fi and printer/fax/copier

The offices:
-spacious, comfortable, and modern
-large windows facing North for lots of natural light
-upper floor location provides for increased privacy
-soundproofed
-dimmable lights
-partially furnished with modern and ergonomic furnishings
-you are welcome to personalize the space as needed, or I can provide additional furnishings if necessary (see inspirational pictures for potential ideas)

-optional advertising on office website at no extra charge
-set your own hours
-supportive work environment with colleagues who welcome peer consultation

About parking:
-we are conveniently located between two Impark lots (one located half a block North and the other about a block South)
-we are also located right between 107 and 108 Street, both of which offer street parking currently set at $2.50 per hour
-downtown parking is usually busiest in the morning, then it tends to ease as the day progresses. If you are concerned about parking, you may find booking your sessions later in the afternoon and into early evening much easier, especially after 4pm.  

Parking for you:
-underground parking may be an option for an additional fee

Who we are:
We are a small group of professionals who are passionate about our work. We enjoy having a shared environment where we can consult, share referrals, offer support, or just chat. We respect boundaries, beliefs, and different perspectives while also welcoming dialogue that increases our understanding of one another.

Who you are:
-a Registered Psychologist, Registered Provisional Psychologist (with external supervision), Canadian Certified Counsellor, Social Worker, or other health professional
-you enjoy working independently in a group setting
-you enjoy connecting and consulting with your colleagues

Price:
-Full-time: $1250 (+GST) per month
-Part-Time: $300 (+GST) per day of the week (ie, all Mondays of the month)
