EMDR Basic Training - Edmonton

Prepped 4 Learning is offering EMDR Basic Training in Edmonton with Dr. Judy Moench. This EMDRIA-approved training provides 55 hours of training, including 23 hours of lecture, 22 hours of small-group practicum, and 10 hours of included consultation.

All training materials are locally developed in Edmonton by an educator to ensure clarity and usability in real-world practice. Participants receive electronic training materials via our learning management system and printed practicum books for hands-on exercises. Small practicum groups provide personalized guidance and practice opportunities to help integrate EMDR into clinical work.

Training dates:
o Part One: September 23rd, October 14th and 15th
o Part Two: October 20th, 29th and 30th

o Full Tuition: $2400 + GST
o Our financial assistance aims to uplift individuals affected by historical and contemporary systemic barriers by supporting equitable access to training. We encourage all eligible individuals experiencing financial difficulties, students, and groups of ten or more to submit applications for financial assistance. Participants will learn the fundamentals of EMDR therapy, including history, theory, and the full eight-phase protocol, with an emphasis on safe and effective application across diverse populations, including children, neurodivergent clients, families, and those impacted by cultural or collective trauma. Completion of the training includes a certificate confirming EMDR Basic Training.

Cancellation: If you are unable to attend, a $100 cancellation fee will apply. Cancellations made more than 7 days before the training will receive a full refund minus the $100 administrative fee. Cancellations within 7 days of the training will receive a 50% refund. Exceptions may be made under special circumstances. Alternatively, you may transfer your registration to another eligible participant at any time.
