Specialized Focus: Relational Therapy & Advanced Individual Practice

While we provide comprehensive mental health care, we are currently placing a high priority on expanding our offerings in specific areas of individual, couples, and family therapy. Our model is specifically designed for clinicians who have invested in high-level training and want to retain the value of their specialized work.

We are specifically seeking clinicians with expertise in:

• Complex Individual Care: High value is placed on practitioners specializing in Trauma, Chronic Pain, and Addictions. (and its impact on relationships).
• Neurodivergence: Supporting neurodivergent individuals and navigating the unique impact of neurodivergence on relational dynamics.
• Gottman Method Training: Specifically seeking those with Level 2, 3, or Certified status.
• Relational Excellence: Experience in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and a proven track record of working with complex relational dynamics.
• Family Systems: Deep experience in family therapy and addressing complex parenting issues.

Our hybrid rental model is ideal for individual and couples’ therapists who often see clients for longer sessions or at premium rates; under this structure, you retain the full value of that specialized expertise rather than losing it to traditional commission splits.

A Collaborative Marketing Partnership

We provide the engine; you provide the fuel. Success at Viewpoint is a shared responsibility. To ensure your calendar stays full, we work as partners:

1. Our Part: We provide the brand authority, SEO-optimized website, marketing support, managed booking systems (Jane), direct to insurance billing, and intake infrastructure.
2. Your Part: You are responsible for working with us to market your niche. This includes maintaining an active Psychology Today profile, providing content for specialized clinician blogs, and engaging in practice-wide networking (e.g. social media).

We are looking for practitioners who are ready to be the "face" of their own expertise within our supportive umbrella.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Master’s degree in psychology or a related field.
• Active professional liability insurance.
• Gottman Training Level 2 or higher preferred.
• Significant couples or family therapy experience preferred.
• A proactive, "practice-builder" mindset and a commitment to respectful and collaborative teamwork.
