I will be going on a short maternity leave as of May 1st and looking to sublease my office for a very reasonable rate. It will be available for 6 months (but open to 5 months as well).

Days/Hours:
-Mondays, 1-5pm
-All day Tuesdays (until 6:30pm)
-All day Fridays (until 5:30pm)
*Open to a combination of these times or all 3

-Very large space (approx. 250 sq ft). Adequate for couples or family therapy, and can easily be adapted to run a small group
-3 Windows, Fireplace
-Ample and free client and therapist parking
-Admin staff to greet your clients and inform you of arrival (as well as small admin tasks such as printing, etc)
-Plenty of coffee and tea options
-Majority of tenants are also therapists

Location:
-Signal Hill (inside Westhills Corporate Centre)
-Close to transit

*Please note: While I do plan to return after 6 months, if you wish to keep renting from this same building, it is my understanding that alternate suites will be become available by Fall 2026.
