Our space is comprised of three offices and offers a private washroom (with shower), limited storage area, secure internet, fridge & microwave, and our own waiting area.
Offices have windows that open and Air filters in each office. Building is secure 24/7 and easy for practitioners to admit clients. Great location – central, close to CTrain and downtown with easy street parking.
Rental Availability is as follows:
- One office is available Saturday
- One office is available Sunday
- One office is available Monday
- One office is available Tuesday
- One office is available Thursday
- There may be an office available Wednesday – to be determined
Rental fee is as follows:
*Rent is $275/month for each full day – for example use office every Monday of the month = $275. Full day includes ability to book early morning and late night appointments.
*Rent is $300 for two full weekend days – Saturday and Sunday
*Rent is $500 for two full week days
Rental agreement is a month to month with two months notice to terminate agreement.

This space is best suited for an independent practitioner as there is no supervision provided.
The space is best suited for individual, couple, or parent-child dyad work.
The space is best suited for adolescent and adult client work.
This space includes cross referrals from the other psychologists using the office as well as mentorship on how to promote your services to build your caseload.
