Registered Psychologist or Provisional Psychologist

Registered or Provisional Psychologist – Child & Family Focus Location: Cochrane, Alberta Job Type: Full-time or Part-time (In person)
Maliya Wellness Centre is seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered or Provisional Psychologist with a strong specialization in child therapy. The role includes working with adults as needed, but the primary focus is children and families. Availability for evenings and Saturdays is preferred to best support school aged clients.

Responsibilities
• Provide counselling using evidence based practices
• Support clients with emotional, behavioural, and relational concerns
• Develop and contribute to holistic treatment plans
• Offer both in person and virtual sessions as needed
• Participate in monthly team meetings (2nd Friday of each month at 12:30 pm)
Requirements
• Registered or Provisional Psychologist with the College of Alberta Psychologists
• Minimum 1 year of experience working with children (required)
• Master’s degree in Psychology or related field
• Professional liability insurance
• Ability to work days, evenings, and Saturdays
