Registered Psychologist/ Registered Clinical Social Worker

Registered Psychologist or Registered Social Worker (Part-Time, 12–15 Hours/Week)

Specialization: OCD & Anxiety (ERP Required)

About the Role
We are a growing, referral-based practice seeking an ERP-trained therapist who is passionate about helping children and families overcome OCD and anxiety using evidence-based care. If you’re looking for meaningful clinical work within a collaborative, high-quality team—you’ll find it here.

Due to increasing demand for OCD and anxiety services, we are expanding our team.

We are seeking a skilled and motivated clinician to join our practice. This role is ideal for a therapist who enjoys working with children, adolescents, and families, and is committed to delivering high-quality, evidence-based care.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide evidence-based therapy to children, adolescents, adults, and/or families in a private practice setting
• Deliver treatment for OCD and anxiety using Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP)
• Maintain timely and professional clinical documentation using Jane App (EMR system)
• Collaborate with the clinical team to support consistency, quality of care, and positive outcomes for clients and families
• Contribute to the development of programs and resources that support optimal outcomes for children, adolescents, and families

What We’re Looking For
• Registered Psychologist or Registered Social Worker in good standing (Alberta)
• Training and experience in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) for OCD (Course work/ Training required)
• Strong interest in working with children, adolescents, and families
• Comfortable working independently while also engaging in a collaborative team environment
• Strong clinical judgment and commitment to evidence-based practice
