Bio for Referral Service: I have been counseling for 35 years and have over 20 years experience working with adults with ADHD. I have a unique approach to ADHD that is very helpful to explain why people with ADHD think, feel and do many of the things that we do. My goal with any issue is to use an integrated approach, including mind, body, brain, and spirit, to help people understand their challenges and to find ways to address them. In addition to the issues mentioned, I also very much enjoy working with Highly Sensitive Persons and I have a special interest in Workplace Bullying.
