Bio for Referral Service: I’m a Registered Psychologist in Edmonton and I work with adults (18+) who are navigating anxiety, trauma and complex trauma, and perinatal concerns. My approach is client-centred, evidence-informed, and trauma-aware, with a strong focus on nervous system regulation and the way stress and trauma show up in the body. I incorporate body-based methods, including Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, alongside practical skills for coping and day-to-day functioning.
